1) Pull-up my own body weight (almost there! hopefully by January I'll have it)
2) Do 1-armed pushups (both L and R)
anyone have any advice on how to start practicing #2, techniques, maintaining good form? I can currently do 35 standard pushups without stopping, and at last check (a few weeks ago) I managed 15 tricep pushups
