I started using the MFP iPhone App a couple of weeks ago, and so far am down 11 pounds; I'm getting some support from friends, but would really like to get in touch with others who are going through this, too. I have about 40 pounds to go to get to a healthier weight, and am working to see this as a lifestyle change and NOT a diet! Any support, suggestions, or thoughts are appreciated!

You are definitely not alone in this I have about 75 to go. I love how you said you are looking at this not as a diet. I just told my husband the same thing that this is going to be a journey and a new start for me but I am staying away from the word diet. Good Luck to you.0
