Apple Crepes

All you need :
1 apple (peel if desired) chopped or sliced
1 egg or about 3 tbs of egg whites
cinnamon
lemon juice
nutmeg

So I'm on the Quick weight loss center diet plan and if you've never taken a look at the guide book, its extremely restricted! Now i can give up just about any food for a month, however, it take a FEW months to lose the 90lbs im attempting. So needless to say ive recently gotten sorta bored. But I have been experimenting with "on plan" ingredients and today didn't feel like a diet at all! Even tho everything I ate was indeed on plan.
For breakfast, I started out with Apple crepes. I'd never even tried to make my own crepe before but it was SO simple.
I use 100% liquid egg whites, pouring a small amount into a large frying pan to make a thin layer. Meanwhile I simmered a peeled and sliced apple in a tbs of lemon juice, with a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Once the egg has firmed into a thin layer, carefully slide it out of the pan.
simmer the apples until they are tender, put then on your open egg crepe, roll closed and enjoy!
