Tonights Dessert

Frozen banana 5 oz. cut into half and inch rounds before freezing
Frozen strawberries 5 or 6 about 1/2 a cup
Frozen Blueberries about 2 oz
Frozen Pineapple about 6 chunks
maybe 2 oz of 2% milk

Blend in a blender one at a time or two at a time untill it resembles gravel, then add your milk and blend until smooth

and this is what you get....this is less than half of what it makes. This is about 125 calories for this amount.
