Introducing myself/Looking for friends

I started my new years resolution in January. My goal is to lose the 16 pounds that I have gained since last year. I've gone down 10 pounds so far, 6 more to go! I exercise 4-6 times a week mixing it up. I do Fit Camps every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6:00 am, run on the elliptical for 75 minutes and do weights. I'm going to start doing some Jillian Michaels workouts at home to add some more exercise into my days. The hardest part I find is the nutrition and eating better. I have the motivation to exercise and now it's a habit...but the nutrition is hard for me...I crave and then cave. I don't really have friends on here, just looking for see if there's any out there Add me if interested

Welcome to MFP! You will really enjoy it....if you put the effort into it....I joined early August 2012 and so far, so good! You will find that there are a lot of really great people that are here to support you and are willing to offer their 'words of wisdom'....Feel free to add me to your friend list. I certainly don't have all the answers but perhaps we can motivate each other.0
