30 DS When to move up a level??

Hey,
This question may have already been asked countless times...but here we go. I would like to start the 30 DS tomorrow, I found level one (just one 27 minute video of it) on youtube. Do you do level one for a certain amount of days and then move to level two? Or how does that all work? I would like to buy the DVD but with the way my work schedule is right now, I won't be able to for a few weeks..and I desperately want to change up my workout routine ASAP. Finding the videos on Youtube would be super convenient. I just want to make sure that I am doing the process correctly.
So recap:
Is level one just one video that you keep repeating day to day?
Is there a set time that you are supposed move to the next level?
Is it ok to add 30 DS into your everyday routine? ( I do an hour of cardio six days a week and lift three days)
Thanks so much for your help!! Again, sorry if this is a repeat question for anyone!

You do 10 days on level one, 10 days on level two and 10 days on level three. Some people move on or chop and change according to how much they can manage on that day, though.0

Oh and I do 30DS as well as walking and Blogilates videos - I like getting a lot done! If you can do it, I can't see why not, though you could build a rest day into your week where you only do the 30DS, just to make sure your muscles have time to heal.0

Thank you I was worried there was a different video for every day of level one..in which case I'd definitely need to get the dvds!0

Nope - you can find all three levels on YouTube. I love 30DS, good luck!0

The videos are all on youtube... just search for 30 day shred level 2, and 30 day shred level 3. There's also one that's all 3 levels, it lasts about 90 minutes0
