introduction of myself

Hello,

I am a 45 year old woman. I currently weigh 205.5 lbs. I am 5 ft 4 inch tall. When I started this weight loss journey I weighed 230 lbs. I joined a boot camp in May 28, 2012. When I started the boot camp I weighed 224 lbs. My goal weight is 145 lbs - 165 lbs. My heaviest was 235 lbs in 2010, I enjoy working out with the ladies in the boot camp, because they are so motivational and I love the trainer. She's the "bomb". I work out with the boot camp at least 3 times per week and I walk 2 days per week. My goal now is to train to run in a 10K in December. This is not a DIET. This is a LIFE STYLE change. I have lost a total of 25 lbs.
