What to include in my workout

Hello All!
I'm not sure what all to include in my workout. I was doing zumba 5 days a week but my schedule got a little crazy so I coudn't keep that up. Currently i'm doing C25K and it only requires you to work out 3 times a week. I am 242 and 5'7 Should I be doing weights or push-ups or adding some more cardio? I feel like i'm not doing enough but i don't really know what to add. I would still only be working out 3 times a week but I feel like I should work out longer since I can't do it as often. I burn around 280 calories currently with the C25K. Any suggestions?

I find that vinyasa yoga goes really well with running. Running seems to make my hips really tight and on days that I run, I try to do my Yoga Body Burn DVD (Denise Austin) afterwards or sometime later in the day. It's only 20 minutes but it makes me sweat and really opens up my hips, and I'm still working my arms and abs and stuff.

Doing 45 mins to an hour strength training (full body workout) and 30 mins cardio after would be the most effective use of time IMO. If you want to do a class (cardio based) do 2 fully body strength training workouts with the cardio on the end and the one cardio type class.0
