Started P90x then quit soon after

Well I started P90x but I soon realized that it made me too sore to do the things I really love, trail running and mountain biking. Luckily, I didn't purchase the program, just borrowed it from a friend. BUT the diamond in the rough of P90x is the Yoga workout. It's a 90 min. workout but I only do it for the first 30 min. It's a great way to start the day. I've been doing it 3 days a week. Loving it.

    it was too hard 4 me,...so i'm doing 30 day shred,..now i feel soo strong,cant wait to start my p90x!
