Life Begins At The END Of Your Comfort Zone

I read a GREAT quote today. It's attributed to Neale Donald Walsch. I didn't immediately recognize the name. So, like any curious person, I "googled" his name. Turns out, Neale Donald Walsch is the author of the series "Conversations with God".
So, back to my original posting...what was the amazing quote?
"Life begins at the end of your comfort zone."
Hmmmm? Juxtapose that against the fitness and nutritional goals as well as the exercise efforts we post here on MFP. THAT puts this quote in an entirely new light for me.
My new life (free of the weight I have shed that was limiting my enjoyment and pleasure) began when I'd exited my comfort zone.
What was my FORMER comfort zone? Eating WHATEVER with no abandon...and exercising infrequently.
Any wonder I was 300 lbs + about 9 months ago?
Now, I exit my comfort zone daily to enter the zone of HIIT, and resistance training. What a WONDERFUL explosion of pleasure I get each time I reach the state of post-exercise euphoria.
Just please don't go all "Freud" on me and say my aforementioned claims are sexual repression being manifested by the release of testosterone. I already had this "discussion" with my PDFL (Prom Date for LIFE....aka Wife).
