Looking for friends and motivation!

:explode: :explode: :explode: Hey I am 22 yrs old and until 6 months ago I have been skinny all my life!

At 180cm in height I weighed just below 70kg with very little muscle on my body. I decided to change this by eating 3500 calories a day and doing weight training 3-4 days a week. Through doing this I have bumped my weight up to 80kg with my abs still slightly showing! which is a success in my eyes ! I am now aiming to get to 85kg before beginning my journey to loose as much fat as possible while maintaining the weight I have gained.

I'm using this website/iphone app mostly because I struggle to count calories and keep track of what I'm eating as I work a busy job at an ironmongers while attending University at the same time.

So feel free to add me even if you're here to gain muscle or loose weight, I'm just looking for friends :) !
