I'm on a mission to lose 20 lbs in 6 months. I know it's something I can accomplish as long stay focused, but as we all know there are always distractions. I managed to lose 3lbs over the thanksgiving holiday and plan to lose 5 more by Christmas. I've been on these pages before, but now it's time to get serious. 244 now,224 or less by June 2nd. Help me MFP's:laugh:

    thats not even a pound a week. that is totally doable! good luck to you :)

    On this site find out your Basal Metabolic Rate...and the amount of calories you can eat to maintain your weight. Then eat 500 calories less than that amount... 6 months from now you will weigh 24 pounds less than you do today!

    Throw in some exercise if you feel like you want to eat more to satisfy your hunger. You can also calculate that here. Any questions...let me know.
