Other exercises with 30 day shred?

So, I was just wondering, for the people who are doing the 30 day shred or have done it, is that your only workout for the day? I realize it's only about 25 minutes, and that does not seem adequate enough. So what other exercises are you pairing with the 30 day shred? Thanks.

    A lot of people choose her DVDs BECAUSE they are only 30 mins. It's bitter to do 30 mins everyday than to do an hour for a week and then give up as there is not enough time.

    How about doing it with C25K?
