Back after surgery...

Im coming back after having a bad car accident where I fractured my sternum and had to have emergency surgery on my neck to fuse 3 veribrae. I wake up everyday in pain but have realized that this is something i will probably have to deal with for the rest of my life. I've gained 16lbs sine the surgery and fee like crap.

But today is the day I have decided to take my life back. I'm back and im ready to kick some *kitten*. I'm hoping that taking control of my weight will help me manage my pain. Ifinally got approval to go back to the gym (no heavy lifting) and I will start today.

I'm looking forward to geting my life back and sharing my success story one day!
