I am strongly considering upping my calories. I am currently, by default of MFP, set at 1200/calories a day. Which really hasn't given me a hard time as far as losing weight. And before someone starts harping on you have to eat more to lose weight, I know that. With my workouts I'm actually eating anywhere between 1500-1700/calories a day but I'm netting about 1200/a day.
A few weeks ago I went on vacation and didn't really work out and I netted about 1500-1700/a day and I actually lost a pound and a half without even really trying.
Since I've been back the scale has not really gone down. Just kind of staying still (which is good also).
So I'm wondering, should I change my calorie goal - or just leave it. I end up with the same result either way if I keep up with my workouts. But I feel with a higher calorie goal I can fit in more smaller meals throughout the day which will keep my metabolism going. With 1200, that's literally three meals a day and MAYBE, ONE snack.

Try working through this thread and see where you numbers would be - it will give you a good idea how high you can go and still loose.
You have already proven to your self that more can be less! now you just need to decide if you can let yourself go for it!0 -

Increase your calories by about 100 cal/week and see how that goes. Obviously stop once you start noticing weight gain. But ramp up your caloric intake slowly.0

I like to go up and down with my calorie intakes. Some days I go over, some days I hit the mark.
Although I am just maintaining, it seems the weight is still going down.0
