In an effort to ditch low belly fat the the war wages on as to which is the most effective exercise between the ever tiresome leg-lifts or reverse crunches. Reverse leg lifts are a great switch and a marvelous compliment to any standard ab exercise, and will punish the rectus abdominis like you wouldn't believe!! So once you are done crunching it out either on the floor or a fancy piece of equipment, head over to the decline bench and get in a few reverse crunches for that sexy lower belly look!
