legs

hi have you managed to loose much weight from both upper & lower leg areas? If so much ?

  • one wud not weigh legs impossible!! one wud look in the mirror of go of clothing !!

    It's the most obvious thing I see (except my face). I keep looking down at my thighs or putting my hands on them and they feel SO MUCH SMALLER than I remember them.

    I look at my thighs and suddenly remember how they used to look.

    I've only lost 20 pounds (just follow the calorie guidelines) and walk quickly an hour a day.
  • well, since I started spinning my muscles are much more pronounced.
  • WELL THE TOPS OF MY LEGS ARE MUCH LEANER I CAN SEE & HUBBY HAS IDENTIFIED BUT I THINK MY CALFS OR IS IT CALVES ?? ARE MORE MUSCULAR... HENCE MY DIFFICULTY WITH MY SKINNY JEANS I HAVE BOUGHT TODAY !!!!
  • Regular cycling has toned my legs and given me strong muscles! Pity it doesn't do the same for my abs!
  • AH I NO CHOCCOMAMMY.... SAME HERE, I FEEL QUITE HAPPY THEN WHEN I HAVE A FEW DAYS OF FROM THE GYM I FEEL MY TUMMYS DOUBLED IN SIZE, THEY SAY ITS THE LAST TO SEE CHANGE BUT ITS HARD WAITING ISNT IT ?

    Heck yeah… the walking and barre 3 and yoga has reduced my legs from a 14 to a size 6.. even noticeable in certain chairs (airplanes most notably)
