New to this and overcoming setbacks!

Hi my name is Stacey! I'm 5ft 3" and currently 121lbs! My goal weight is 105lbs. I'm struggling to lose my last extra weight as I was recently, and still am, ill with an undiagnozed illness that means my stomach constantly looks 4 months pregnant. It was very demotivational when I had worked so hard at the gym and healthy eating only to be putting on weight due to the strange illness. Because of it I stopped caring about going to the gym and everything as it didn't seem to matter because it looked like I was just getting bigger and bigger either way!
I'm trying to get back into it now though and living on a mainly gluten free diet at 1400 calories a day! I'm also starting back at the gym tomorrow! Hopefully my illness will be diagnosed soon too as its very uncomfortable and I just want to look like me again! Anyone else out there have any set backs like this? Thanks for reading :)
