HELP, Please!

I know I can do this just forgot how. So many messages out there. Is it 80 percent diet and 10 percent physical fitness? Is it no carbs low sugar or no fat high protien? Is it 6 meals or three without any snacking? See what I mean?

There is one thing I do know and that is eating clean and eating fresh.

My nemises in this journey is journaling. I am not a fan but I know it is one of the "for sure" keys to weight loss success. Time after time I have heard this and I have in the past experienced it. Just feeling so lazy about it. AND its not so much breakfast and lunch....its dinner. Ugh so many ingredients. I don't feel I have the time.

So am I saying I don't have time for success? Any suggestions to get over this or any other tips will be appreciated.
