Hey everyone! I just tried out this recipe this evening and its so yum. Its like a fried lettuce with omelette dish. Fried lettuce is go good where has it been all my life! Anyway it's really filling for the calorie content. Mine was around 220 cals. I never usually use much oil for cooking, I used a tablespoon of olive oil which was a big part of the cal content. But Im sure you could lighten it up further. Anyway I really recommend you guys try this if you havent already.
Ill just link to it cos the rest of the site is nice too :D

Sounds weird.... but worth a try. My son loves eggs and this is easy enough that he could do it himself.

ETA: I think we might try it with spinach leaves. I never buy iceberg, but we usually have fresh spinach in the house. (I'll also pick up some iceberg just to try it the way it was intended to be made!):flowerforyou:

It is so simple, and the flavour is great for so few wet ingredients. I had spinach in the fridge I was actually gonna just do that but saw an iceberg today in the reduced price aisle. I love spinach so I will try that next time. I never had fried lettuce before though and its really sweet and tastes unlike I thought it would. I hope you like it anyways
