Would like to lose about 5lbs, but get in better shape

Hello,

I am starting to log exercise and a food diary because I want to become more aware of how many calories I am consuming daily and I want to make a more conscious effort to exercise regularly. I have not really struggled with my weight (I am almost 5'7" and weigh 129lbs currently), I have a thin frame and probably a fast metabolism. My problem area is my stomach... I have a bit of a muffin top and have never felt confident in a bathing suit. I want to lose the excess fat around my stomach.
