Drink Your Water!
Drinking enough water is difficult for me and I cannot do the artificially flavored waters, so I do my own flavored waters. When I buy strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, watermelon, peaches... there is always some fruit at the bottom of the package that is going a bit soft and too ripe. I usually just moosh it up with the back of a fork, save a couple of slices and pop it right into a bottle of water. I thought that this idea might help some people who may be having trouble drinking all their water.
By the way this would add almost no calories to the water.
Enjoy!:flowerforyou:

Looks good.
I like the sweetness and fizziness of soda--but need to cut down on it. Solution: fruit-flavored carbonated water. The local supermarket sells a nice selection of flavors (apple cider is one of my favorites). And fairly inexpensive, too--a dollar a bottle (before the state adds tax and redemption value), but it's been on sale lately.0 -
