30 day shred twice a day?

So I have plantar fasciitis, and cannot do the jumping jacks/skipping on the spot in the video. I'm focusing more on the strength and abs training of the video. I do not take part in any other exercise during the day either, so I was wondering if it's okay to do the video twice a day (morning and night?) Will I still see results if I neglect the cardio part, and do it twice a day?
I'm currently on level 1, and weigh 135 lbs at 5'3.

    what about squatting and doing the punches during the cardio portions you cannot do?
