Need some friends to help keep me on track!

Hi! My name is Maria and I used to weigh 190 pounds. At 22 years old and only 5' 5", I couldn't take it anymore. So I got up off my butt and got moving. I'm down to 160 now but my goal weight is 135. I go to the gym four to five times a week and I just added weight training to my fitness routine. Diet is my weakness and it always has been.

Anyone interested in adding me here? I could use the extra motivation and support! Thanks!

    I'm 20, turning 21 in March. I'd like to be much healthier by March. I've kinda binged on chocolate today. Had two bars...-__-" Crazy I know.
