Hello. 26 at over 300. need some support.

Hi. I'm looking to loose weight and I just need some supportive people that will help me. Things like pestering me every morning to get up and around to go exercise or to talk to when I feel like I'm wanting to eat Nachos more then once a month (they're sorta a danger food for me. Once I have some I can't seem to stop and I crave more and more as I go.) I'm tired of being over weight and I want to be off of the meds that I'm on for my weight. I need someone that is willing to remind me to drink my water or to stick to my diet. Thank you.

Feel free to friend me! I'm the same way, there are certain foods that I can cheat with and snap right back into health eating but others...I eat one bite and its a downward spiral. We can support each other.0

Totally add me if you want support, but dust the junk out of your pantry and shelves, alright? It's so much easier to avoid eating "danger foods" (for me, chocolate chip pancakes, so I have neither mix nor chips in the house) if they're not around to be eaten.0
