I have been working out for the last four weeks. I have gradually added to my program:
Monday Wednesday and Friday: weight training for 30 minutes and cardio for 30 minutes (stairmaster and elliptical)
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: 45 minutes of cardio (stairmaster and elliptical)
I enjoy the elliptical and was thinking I wouldn't mind doing it for 30 minutes on Sundays that I feel like it.
I just want to make sure that it won't do my body more harm than good.
Thanks,
Candie

I can work out 7 days a week, but my body will tell me when I need to do a lighter workout. I say listen to your body, if you're feeling anything abnormal, cut back.0

Thanks so much. I think that listening to my body is definitely the way to go.
