holiday tomos=petrified

I am going away on holiday tomos and I know it will be a week of relaxing,eating and drinking..whilst I am looking forward to it I am petrified of the damage it will do. I exercise everyday currently but for next 7 days best i can do is make sure I swim lots lol what scares me the most is that tho on one hand I am worried bout weight gain...I feel drained and actually want to relax and forget bout exercise and work etc....whats the realistic damage I will do to myself?and once I am back and 'being good' again will I lose it?

    More than likely your will relax, refresh, enjoy, give yourself a metabolism reset, and be ready to be re-energized on your journey!

    One week will not break the bank in the long run. You will probably have water weight to loose when you get back but it will be worth it! Have fun!

    It's a holiday, enjoy yourself. The amount of actual fat you can gain in 7 days is tiny, assuming you don't just eat 24/7.
  • gonna try n enjoy it...wont b prob eatin much more drinking... feel like i shud feel happier for this holls as i have finally got my bikini body I am happy to show off ;)

    Have a great holiday. Relax, recuperate, and make some plans to keep the calories down (like 2 glasses of water/diet soda per alcoholic drink etc). And have fun!
