HRM: Should I get the Polar FT4 or FT7?

I am going to buy one on amazon and it is only a $5 difference. Which one do you recommend?

    Do a search. There are loads of threads on this. Both seem very popular. I suppose it depends in whether you need the extras on the 7. for that little difference though. I would go for it.
