Zone Diet?

I am new to using this site (and I am thoroughly loving it!) and I was wondering if anyone else on here is on the Zone Diet. I am fairly new to it and am hoping to have others to talk to about it. It was one of the top diets recommended for sufferers of hypothyroidism. I have felt a whole lot better since starting it and plan to stick with it for a good long while!
