What exercise = biggest & quickest weight loss??

I'm trying to get the most bang for my buck! I sit at computer all day, but try to workout 3 times per week.

I do Weight classes (BodyPump) Cardio (kickboxing) Jogging (sometimes...but i hate it) Ballet, and Yoga.

i'm not losing any weight!! Help!

I've never tried spinning....Any suggestions??

    Yep. Running for me also. I ran 8 miles on Saturday and burned 929 calories.

    I would stick to body pump. I do it three times a week and have lost a lot of inches and I have muscle definition. I think a combination of cardio ans weight training is key. Again, as far as cardio goes, running is the highest for me with body combat a close second,
  • I have started this program last sunday......it has educated me in what i need to eat. It is very hard to get the right amount of potassium. That was an eye opener. I googled what foods were high in pitassium.....Fitness pal will work. I have stuck to my requirements and stayed within my daily calorie intake and I lost 3bthis week. Snacking on almonds, kiwi's, peaches is not bad at all. I want to loose 50lbs.
