7 months til competition

Im trying to tone up and get my eating habits right before my first competition in March. I am doing a dead lift and bench press competition this month and next month as my short term goals. My boyfriend is a body builder and has been doing these small competitions to keep him busy until he decides to do a fitness competition. I go on MFP at least twice a day and am looking for anyone who would like to come along the journey with me :O)
