Multivitamins good or bad?

I don't have a primary doctor (yes I know I need to get one) but since I currently don't have one to talk about my nutrition with I figured I'd ask others opinions so I can get a range. I currently take Walgreens One Daily for Women.. it makes me sick and I have this horrible gag reflex so in order for me to take it I have to make sure I take it with some sort of food. That's the only way to keep the nausea away. The other day I took one after a salad but apparently the salad wasn't enough because 15min later I was laying on the floor trying to convince myself that the nausea is just a figment of my imagination. I need a supplement and I'm thinking of switching to Centrum chewables in a couple weeks (don't have money for it atm). The reason I know I need a supplement is because I know I don't get enough Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Iron, and Calcium from my regular diet. I've read that you should choose a multivitamin that is best for you and that vitamins such as B6 and B12 if you have too many of it is bad? Just would like some proper information so I can make sure to choose the right multivitamin for me.

I always take my vitamins with a meal. Not only will this help with the nausea, but it will help with absorption too.0
