3 days to go! Advice???

My college graduation is in 3 days. You would imagine that in the weeks leading up to it you would be super strict and exercising loads...but instead ive been the complete opposite! I have a gorgeous (and tight) dress and right now i feel bloated and terrible! im by no means looking for a miracle but I am looking for a little advice on the best way to reduce bloating and detox a little in the next few days. Any tips?? Tons of water? Salads? No carbs?
