what does your workout week look like?

I am pretty close to my goal, I stared at 172, and am currently 146, I want to be 135 but I am now trying to set a workout schedual to lose the rest of the weight and to tone up, I want to loose the rest of my baby belly, my butt needs the most work, and my upper thighs, then tone my arms a little more, so I want to make a plan and stick to it. so this it what I have
Sunday-Arms (p90x arms and sholders) 1hr
Monday- Jog 1.5 miles
Tuesday-jog 1.5 miles
Wednsday-Leg day (p90x legs and back)1hr
Thursday-cardio, Zumba, turbo jam, or Kenpo x1hr
Friday- Yoga 1.5hr
Saturday- Jog 1.5 miles

The jogging days are that way because those are my husbands days off so he can watch the kids, does this look like a good workout schedual, any tips are helpful, I want to try to hit my goal by Nov. 15
