Hey everyone! My name is Melissa and I have started my last journey of a 40 pound weight loss (because once it's gone, it's not coming back!!!!) Weight loss is definitely not easy, this is where support really comes in handy.

I'm new to this and I know MFP is filled with strong-willed people, so add me as a friend and let's achieve our goals together :)
