Is there a low sugar low sugar alcohol protein bar out there some where?.....I have been looking and can't find one to be available. If it does happen to have low sugar it is loaded with FAT!....I have a very low tolerance for sugar, so your advice would be appreciated thanks!

I have not been able to find one. So I make my own from whey, oats, tinned apple and egg white to bind them, I bake mixture and dust with options chocolate powder.

Quest bars. The original lines has no sugar alcohols and they are very tasty.

Well yeah, if it's going to be low sugar (which is probably also low carb) then you're limiting one macronutrient, so it makes sense that all is left is fat and protein to make it with, so I would expect it to be hard to find what you are looking for. You can find protein powder that's low sugar/low carb/low fat, so you might experiment with making your own protein bars or balls out of a good protein powder. Try looking for recipes for "amaze balls," "protein balls" etc.

The best I've found are Pure Protein, Atkins Advantage with tons of fiber however my new favorite is Quest Protein Bars. It took me a while to acquire a taste for the consistency of Quest but I'm going to be switching. I look at calories and sugar when choosing so many other brands aren't a consideration of mine

Can you tell me what flavors you like? Or a place to buy them by the bar? I've only seem them by the case and definitely don't want to commit to that many without knowing which flavors might be best.
