If I make a shake at night and put it into the fridge for morning, will it take away any nutrition?

should be fine...
I do this for my 12 year old who is trying to gain weight... he doesn't like them freshly shaken because it has a lot of air in it...0 -
Yea I make mine at night, since my roommate is still sleeping when I get up. Can't use the blender!
