Today I worked out, real hard. I did the Jay Johnson leg workout. Man it was crazy I am so tired, but feel so good. Try it !

    I used to think 30 minutes didn't sound like much. Until I made it my goal to get 30 minutes a day. I've been aching for days! Yesterday was my 'rest day', and now I'm back to it tonight! 30 minutes is definitely something to be proud of!

    I can't wait until the days I can do an hour or more.... but for now, I'll just focus on doing 30 minutes at a time without passing out!
