June Starters ~ 5XW Challenge...

Ok, June Starters... We are starting our 5XW Challnege... For those of you who don't remember what that is, this is our 5 times a week workout challenge. Work out at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. We are two days into this week, so let me encourage you to get moving :wink: Whatever it is!... Get your heart rate up and MOVE!!
