    I do kickboxing two days a week and do MMA training three days a week. I love the classes. I can get between 500 - 900 calories burned during an hour class. I also round it out with weight training during the week as well.

    Wing Chun and Escrima on and off. Would love to do it more regularly, but moving a lot due to my work and it is difficult to find good schools in some places. Hopefully will have a good one close by from January on again at least for Wing Chun, until then I train whenever I can get hold of a good friend who owns a school.
