I finally reached a healthy BMI last week and was 4lb away from my initial goal of 165lb (im 5ft 10) however now im so close i realise its not enough since im still pretty chunky around the thighs and legs (cursed pear shape) although it has disappeared like crazy from the hips upwards. Yesterday my trainer commented how thin in the face im looking and i told him this was why i had stopped dieting and training 3 years ago as people kept commenting i looked gaunt and ill (not a good look) Someone told me that if i just push through it and carry on eventually fat will settle and redistribute itself around my body. Is this true or am i doomed to be anorexic on top and fat on bottom?? I weight train a lot and i do tons of cardio btw so im trying my hardest

fats cells dont redistribute themselves that doesnt make sense and its impossible to spot reduce fat the body doesnt work like that either, just keep at it and make sure you always change it up, dont let your body get used to the same routine and you will have results, also always keep in mind nutrition is just as important if not more important than what you do in the gym
