Hi I signed up a while ago but have not used fitness pal properly until today. I have hit the dreaded PLATEAU not for the first time in my ourney and I'm hoping this site will help me find my way again!

I am a UK size 10, which is great, from a size 18 ;), but feel uncomfortable with my shape due to a lifetime of yo yo dieting and 2 c sections, its flabby and saggy, although hugely improved since the discovery of exercise :)

my height is 5'6 and my weight is 160lbs/11 stone and I my target weight is 146-144lbs, just under 10 stone.

I will have a nice tummy, thats my aim, my arms look great for the first time ever I have muscles! LOL and my stomach is lifting but its going to be hard.

I hope to find some friends on similiar journeys to my own and be able to recieve and give inspiration in the process
