I like to keep things simple. I've been using MFP for a year but that has been on and off, just like my exercise and food choices.XD Since January, of this year I've been struggling to keep any kind of health lifestyle, but that was only until May when I started to get serious. So far I've lost 16 lbs (7 kg), I know it's a small amount but it counts! I seem to slip up for a week before my period, my craving are just to strong. I know its just an excuse. About 4 years about I lost 25 lbs (11 kg) and that hangs over my head since I've gained it all back plus some. Right now, I'm fully focused, I have a vacation planned in 2 month and I'm trying my hardest to lose 15 lbs before that.
Some stats
5'2.5 (158.75 cm) I don't think the half counts but I use it!
194 lb (88kg) as of this morning and looking to get to 120 lb ? (54kg) we shall see
I'm eating around 1200 calories and on gym days I eat a little bit more. I also exercise 4 times a week.
So please add me and hopefully through support , sweat, and tears, we can accomplish our goals!!!!!
PS I hope I did my conversions right!
