My September no eating after my evening meal challenge

I know September has already started, but this is my first opportunity to post.
Basically I struggle with weight loss, but I know what one of my biggest problems is. I do well all day, then as soon as my little girl is in bed, and the hubby is in a different room or goes out, my hard work of the day gets totally destroyed by my snacking. Therefore my challenge this month is not to eat after my evening meal. Will allow myself some flexibility for if I'm out somewhere with food, but nothing like that currently in my diary for this month.
I feel like if I can succeed in this for a whole month I will be hopefully on my way to breaking this bad habit.
I am doing this challenge for me, but if anyone would like to join me in it feel free, and hopefully we can support each other.
