confused with exercise

how do you get all the exercise choices to come up. it seems to be noun based. the reason is I am going for a walk in the bush but that choice is not is the walking section. walking in the bush is a lot harder because of the terrain so how do I mark that in.

There's a category for "hiking". That's probably close enough. All the MFP categories are inevitably a bit vague, the only way to get the calories fairly accurate is to invest in HRM, so I'm told. Enjoy your walk!0

Just class it as a walk but mark it at a faster pace than you actually did. If I ever go for a walk in the woods I add .5 to my speed.
You don't want to overestimate calories burned on your walk...0 -

What do you like to do? You can walk, you can jog, you can dance, you can take a class at a local Y or gym, you can do a class (dance, kickboxing, jazzercise, zumba, ballet) on free OnDemand on your cable or Dish provider, if you have XBox Kinect, it has games that get you moving (so tennis, skiing, golf, dance, etc), or if you have a Wii that has things also. There is things you can do using Youtube....in today's world of technology, the choices are infinite.
Oh and I don't know where you're located...but don't forget water sports if it is still summer (swimming, skiing, kayaking, etc)
Hiking is also a lot of fun and you can see lots of neat stuff (we go waterfall hunting).0
