Starting my long journey!

Hi all!

I am starting my journey for weight loss! I am a 22 year old mom of a 1 year old. I need to take control of my eating and loose the weigh I have gained over the years. To reach my ultimate goal, I would like to loose 150 lbs. But I would be happy with going down 100 lbs to start with. I have lost weight before, and I know I can do it again!
