Lost 1.4# since last Monday. I have up and down days a lot, so I keep looking at weekly and monthly losses. Only 100# to go. :drinker:0

I lost 2 lbs this week after two weeks with no weight loss. I had to figure my TDEE and found out I wasn't eating enough. Raised up my calories by lowering to a 1 lb a week goal and tada lost some weight. Never thought I could do it that way.0
