    I've just started having a Joseph's flax-seed and whole wheat pita with a little bit of hummus as an afternoon snack. Delicious and about 130 calories with 9 grams of protein. Really staves off any mid-afternoon hunger. Bananas or almonds are another good go-to for me.

    What great ideas. Thanks Sunshine that took a lot of effort.

    I guess my snacks won't look to good here. I allow myself 1 oz. of BBQ potato chips with my salad at lunch and 1 Oreo cookie as my dessert in the evening.

    I have lost 61 pounds since April 1st so it must be working.

    Go Raw Organic Chocolate Super "Cookies" ~ they contain 4 ingredients: Coconut, Dates, Sprouted Sesame Seeds and Cacao.

    Pieces of fruit with vanilla flavoured quark. Usually banana and/or apples.

    Skyr, which is a kind of youghurt.

    Pieces of carrots and swedes in cold water, or with cottage cheese.

    Cottage cheese with a sugarfree soda.

    A few pieces of dry-cured ham. They're very high in salt, so only a few ;)

    Wasa cinnamon cracker.

    Beef Jerky, sugar free Jell-O gelatin and pudding, Atkins or South Beach Bars, rice cakes and carrot sticks dipped in hummus. But I also have a piece of candy or ice cream or a cupcake if I can fit it in my numbers.

    Trader Joe's "just a handful Almonds, Cashew's and Cranberries" Very satifsying. Ditto on the Skinny Coe Icecream dsandwich.
