Fiber Intake

The guideline amount of fiber given to me seems incredibly low as it doesnt even match up to what is the recommended amount of wholegrain to eat. For example, when I eat 1 serving of all-bran in the morning, this meal alone is double the fiber that MFP suggests I eat? Only weak fiber cereals such as wheetabix dont go over the allowance but they arent very filling so not sure really what to do?

I always go over on my fiber and will continue to do so. I don't monitor it because the values here on MFP does not coincide with what my doctor said.0
