I say this every day but today I mean it I have seen so many nice Autumn clothes in the shops I want to be able to buy them in a size 8 I weigh 9st and I want to lose a stone my problem is snacking, crisps are my down fall but no more, today I have done well I have only eaten 1,020 calories bring on tomorrow.:happy:

It does depend on circumstances, but for me the only way I can avoid snacking on things like crisps, biscuits, peanuts, chocolate and the like is just not have them in the house, because once opened I just have to eat them due to lack of will [or won't] power
Of course if you work in a pub then crispy temptation is all around0
